We aim to process all orders promptly within 2 business days (excluding pre-orders). Once your order has been shipped by the courier service you selected at the check-out, we will provide you with a tracking number.
In order to initiate a return, please ensure that the item(s) are in the same condition as when you received them. To get started with the return process, please submit a request via our online return portal within 14 days of receiving your item. For a detailed description of the return steps, conditions and associated costs, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Of course gorgeous! We understand that sometimes the size of an item may not be quite right. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you can easily do so through our online return portal. Simply follow the steps outlined there, and select the option to exchange for a different size, provided it is available. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that all sizes will be in stock at all times. If you wish to exchange for a different item altogether, we recommend initiating a refund and placing a separate order for the new item.
